Enrique Dans and tea
I have subscribed recently to Enrique Dans blog, one of the most important blogger in Spain, and, today, he has a very interesting post about tea, green tea. He speaks about different green teas and the shop where he has been buying in this travel.
Some of the curiosities are: blossom tea, with little flowers that “explode” in the hot water or the one-leaf tea: only one tea leaf rolled which opens in the water. I share his liking for the “visual tea”, tea has to be a complete pleasure for all the senses, not only taste.
